Overview
The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) 2023 Country and Regional Operational Plan (COP/ROP) prioritizes public health systems and security and transformative partnerships in guidance for PEPFAR-supported countries. The PEPFAR 2023 COP/ROP also prioritizes ending AIDS in children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescent girls and young women, and other key and priority populations.
