EGPAF Lesotho Health Officials Learn Partnership Management

On January 17, more than 70 health care professionals from Lesotho graduated with certificates from the first-ever Partnership for Management Development (PMD) program offered through the University of Cape Town (UCT). The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) partnered with UCT Graduate School of Business to implement the program.

Health care managers were taught management and leadership skills to enable them to provide improved access to high-quality HIV services in their communities.

The PMD program is supported by the Lesotho Ministry of Health’s partnership with the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and Johnson & Johnson (J&J).
