This USAID-funded cross-sectional community-based evaluation aims to determine the HIV-free survival and HIV infection rates among 18-24-month-old HIV-exposed children in Lesotho and identify factors associated with transmission and survival, and to identify HIV-positive children >2-14 years of age who remain undiagnosed and not on ART in selected communities in Lesotho.
