Adult Testing, Care, and Treatment; Pediatric and Adolescent Testing, Care, and Treatment
The primary aim of this Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation mixed-methods study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the enhanced advanced HIV disease (AHD) package of care in six districts of Malawi using a hub and spokes model. The evaluation involves a non-randomized cluster study based on a comparison of intervention vs control sites, a component assessing the acceptability and feasibility of the AHD package of care, and a cost evaluation.
