This cross-sectional study, funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), assessed the quality of client-level data and levels of client satisfaction with PMTCT services offered at health facilities in Zimbabwe. The study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of client records, determine reasons for discordant information, and identify factors associated with satisfaction and dissatisfaction with PMTCT services among clients enrolled in the program.
