This ViiV Healthcare-funded exploratory study used a qualitative design to document facilitators and barriers across the early infant diagnosis and treatment (EIDT) cascade. Semi-structured interviews with caregivers of infants eligible for early infant HIV diagnosis and health care workers in Malawi were conducted to understand the key gaps and potential solutions for strengthening EIDT service delivery.
