The primary goal of this ELMA -funded study is to estimate the proportion of ART resistance among treatment-experienced children and adolescents who transitioned to DTG-based regimens in Homa Bay, Kenya. The study utilizes an observational prospective cohort of children and adolescents to assess ART resistance and explore the clinical, immunologic, and virologic outcomes at 3 and 6 months following transition to a DTG-based regimen.
