EGPAF Honored for Storytelling Excellence by The Communicator Awards

Organization Receives Three Awards from Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) won three awards at the 30th Annual Communicator Awards, the leading international program recognizing creative excellence. With more than 3,000 entries received from across the US and around the world, the award program recognizes the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and design.

“Our organization was started by a mother who wanted to change the narrative of what was possible for mothers, children, families and communities who have been touched by HIV around the world,” said Yolanda Brignoni, EGPAF’s Vice President of External Affairs and Communications.

“We tell the stories of that movement and help bring hope and information to the communities impacted,” she continued. “Being honored for excellence by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA) validates our work and shines a spotlight on the inspirational changemakers working to end AIDS across the globe.”

The Communicator Awards program is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed brand and media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms including: GE Digital, Spotify, Condè Nast, Disney, Fast Company, Digitas, and many others.
