Delivering Technical Assistance Project (DELTA)

Overview

The purpose of this U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention–funded assignment is to support moving forward the test-and-start initiative and evaluation of community-based ART in two countries, Zambia and Namibia. In Zambia, EGPAF will work in conjunction with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and CDC, University of Maryland (UoM), and others to support initial steps toward site readiness of test and start. EGPAF will also work with UoM in community engagement around PMTCT.
