This Unitaid-funded study described the utility and feasibility of point-of-care (POC) nucleic acid testing (NAT) to resolve discordant rapid HIV test results in infants, children, and adults in Lesotho. A retrospective chart review was conducted to compare POC NAT to conventional NAT.
