EGPAF collaborates with ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action for Children’s Fund (PACF) to strengthen the technical and institutional capacity of community- based organizations (CBO) to further their efforts to prevent mother-to-child HIV transmission (PMTCT). The project seeks to bolster community engagement and involvement of service providers and beneficiaries in HIV prevention, care, and treatment services, specifically in PMTCT programs. The project’s primary objective is to empower CBO to engage with their local communities and national health systems to overcome obstacles to quality health care-enhancing CBO’s abilities to achieve measurable and sustainable results in their respective programs.
