This brief describes EGPAF’s Global Delivering Technical Assistance (DELTA2) Project, in which we build on our successful five-year Delivering Technical Assistance (DELTA) project that began in 2013. EGPAF, under Project DELTA2, will provide TA services to optimize the impact of the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and Global Fund–supported programs to ultimately help achieve an AIDS-free generation. Through the original Project DELTA, EGPAF completed 37 assignments across 10 countries, namely, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, Malawi, Lesotho, Côte d’Ivoire, and Cameroon.
