In phase 2.0 NH aims to continue assessing and addressing the gaps and challenges in pediatric HIV treatment and care through:

  • Implementation of programmatic (revised or expanded) interventions to support sequencing of ART regimens in target populations
  • Leverage of innovative interventions to strengthen local health systems in their capacity to manage pediatric and adolescent ART
  • Introduction and implementation of innovative approaches with new and co-founding partners to address medium- and long-term sustainability of pediatric and adolescent HIV treatments
  • Development of foundation for an expansion of NH work into new domains of HIV prevention and identification and treatment of tuberculosis (TB)
