Noelle Will is the Senior Director, Global Operations for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. A member of the Executive Leadership Team, she oversees operations, annual budgeting, workforce planning, governance, and enterprise systems; keeping resources and processes aligned with strategic priorities.
Noelle brings more than two decades of experience leading operations and human capital strategy for global nonprofits. At EGPAF, she has driven organizational transformation by modernizing core business functions and shaping the workforce strategies that allow complex, multi-country programs to succeed. Her expertise spans finance, HR, enterprise systems, administration, and IT governance, backed by a consistent record of leading change. She has managed complex global budgets, implemented new technology platforms, and advanced data-driven decision-making through business intelligence and modeling. On the people side, she has led organizational design, compensation strategy, talent management, and HR systems upgrades; helping to attract, develop, and retain strong teams through growth and change.
