Summary: The presentation highlights the importance of digital health solutions in improving accuracy, and timeliness of viral load results delivery in resource-limited settings. Precious will present on EID/VL Laboratory Information Management System (EID/VL LIMS) integration initiative in Malawi and how it speeds up the delivery of test results, improves patient record accuracy, and reduces transcription errors by automating data transfer between laboratories and ART clinics. By reducing the turnaround time for HIV test results, the integration ensures prompt initiation of treatments and allows for efficient clinical decision-making, consequently improving health outcomes.
