The objective of this USAID-funded exploratory study was to describe the process of index testing to diagnose children <15 years with HIV at the health facility and community levels and identify reasons for gaps in the cascade in Kinshasa, DRC. This study also identified recommendations on how to improve pediatric case finding, including addressing training and resource needs.
