This USAID-funded study assessed clinical outcomes and retention in care and treatment services among a cohort of HIV-infected, ART naïve children (ages 0-9 years) and adolescents (ages 10-19 years) in selected health facilities in Lesotho. The prospective, observational cohort study followed children and adolescents for 36 months after ART initiation to measure retention, viral suppression, and survival rates at 3, 6, 12, 24, and 36 months post initiation.
