Achieving 95-95-95 targets requires innovative techniques particularly around HIV identification of individuals within unknown status. Partner notification services and index case testing, generally, offer effective, confidential and targeted testing and counseling to those with unknown status. One approach to test the partners of pregnant women attending antenatal services in Kenya proved to be a best practice in bringing HIV testing and identification/linkage to treatment to those with greatest need. This brief and training description outlines strategies to implement this service.
