This USAID and CDC-funded quality improvement (QI) study aimed to strengthen QI activities to enable service providers to utilize routinely collected program data, patient-level data, and the Site Improvement Monitoring System (SIMS) to assess quality of care and implement quality improvement projects to address gaps identified.
