On June 19, 2026, James ‘Jimmy’ Burrows passed away at the age of 85. While many knew Jimmy as a prolific director, we had the honor of knowing him as a friend and longtime supporter of our mission to end pediatric AIDS.
Jimmy was one of the earliest donors who invested in our mission. His generosity paved the way for an era where pediatric HIV can be prevented and treated, where millions of children have grown up AIDS-free.
We will be forever grateful for Jimmy’s legacy and friendship.
