Jewelers For Children "Facets of Hope" Dinner

June 3, 2012

Las Vegas, NV

For more than a decade, Jewelers for Children (JFC) -- a charitable organization comprised of businesses and individuals in the jewelry and watch industries -- has supported children and families around the world through major contributions to pediatric-focused initiatives. By investing more than $37 million in organizations like EGPAF, JFC ensures that children affected by illness, abuse, or neglect have the opportunity lead healthy and happy lives.

JFC was one of the earliest supporters of EGPAF’s global programs, helping to bring PMTCT services to those countries most affected by the disease when few other organizations were doing so. JFC’s generous investments since 1999 total more than $8.1 million, making it one of EGPAF's largest private funders.

As a recipient of JFC’s generosity, EGPAF will join other beneficiaries at JFC’s annual "Facets of Hope" dinner on Sunday, June 3, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year’s event will honor Pamela Mortensen from jcpenney and Ruth Batson from the American Gem Society for their tremendous commitment to children in need.
