The Foundation’s annual A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic, presented by Disney, allows guests to hang out with some of Hollywood’s hottest stars, play old-fashioned carnival games, and enjoy a banquet of unbelievable food -- all while helping to create a generation free of HIV.

A Time for Heroes is vitally important in funding the Foundation’s much-needed programs, and has raised more than $32 million since the event began in 1990. Past highlights include:
- Storytelling with Jack Nicholson, Robin Williams, and Kobe Bryant
- Rocking out to musical performances by Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, and Ali & AJ
- T-shirt decorating with Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz
- Arts and crafts with Vanessa Hudgens, Lauren Conrad, and Cheryl Hines
- Shooting hoops with Dwyane Wade
- Tossing footballs with Michael Strahan
- Karaoke with the Cheetah Girls
- Miniature golf with Nicole Richie
- Carnival games with Heidi Klum, Marcia Cross, and Rachel Bilson
- Food from LA’s hottest eateries including AKASHA, BLT Steak, and Drago
