Itumeleng Ranoha is a mother living with HIV in Lesotho. During pregnancy, she accessed prevention of mother-to-child HIV transmission (PMTCT) services at Mafeteng Hospital, which is supported by EGPAF. After six weeks, she returned to the hospital, and her baby was tested for HIV, using the point-of-care device. Before leaving the hospital, she learned that her baby was HIV-negative, and she felt relief. Her baby tested negative again at the age of nine months and will be tested again when the baby is 18 months old. Photo by Justice Kalebe for EGPAF
