This program evaluation, funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), sought to describe the effect of the Accelerating Children’s HIV/AIDS Treatment (ACT) Adolescent Project in Tanzania. This mixed-methods evaluation assessed service delivery model characteristics, utilization of adolescent and youth-friendly services (AYFS), and perceptions of AYFS by adolescents, adults, and community members to inform local and international policymakers.
